This post explains how the wallpaper works with the tile background effects. The "System wallpaper" is a normal Android wallpaper system and you can see that in your lock screen or in even another launcher after selecting it. The "App wallpaper" is applied only inside of Square home app but you can use some beautiful tile background effects on it. Square Home currently supports a total of five tile background effects. Go to Home options > Tile sizes and styles > Background effect and select one of the following effects. 1. No effect This is the default value when you first install the launcher.
